#30daysofbiking day 17
Today I took part in a 40 mile charity cycle ride for the St Leonards Rotary Club. The ride starts at the Hastings Lifeboat Station and heads towards Pevensey Castle. Once there you move on to Herstmonceux Castle. I managed to get a rear puncture as I approached the castle. No big deal as I swapped the tube out in about 10 mins. You then head towards Magham Down before coming back across the Pevensey levels through Rickney and then back the way you came through Normans Bay, Bexhill and back to Hastings.
I did the ride with my mate Phil and two of his colleagues. It was a good day and the weather was smashing!
