30 days of biking 2016 - days 16 and 17

Day 16

We rode to Eastbourne Pier and got an ice cream from my good friend who runs an ice cream parlour.

The weather wasn't great. It was windy, cold and raining at times.

My boy enjoyed his ice cream though.

Day 17

We rode to Bexhill. The weather was kind on the way out. A nice tail wind and the sun was shining.

We got lunch on our ride before heading back. The wind was against us this time and cold. My son drafted me on the way home to keep the speed up. Lots of bikes out today and lots of happy people on bikes.

Just over 22 miles today
