Stats for December

This is the final month of the #12xIronMan challenge set by Gareth Rowbotham. The challenge is to complete the distance of an IronMan triathlon every month in 2012. That's 2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles of cycling and 26.2 miles of running.

Didn't manage to complete the challenge this month.  Again, running has been the let down. I've managed no running whatsoever in December. I'm generally please with my performance for the year though.
