A bit of me likes the fact that they can set a time and I have that as a goal but if it means me riding the whole journey by myself every time then it's demotivating. I don't have the guts to say, "actually it pisses me off being left behind".<br /><br />I was pretty much riding the whole 50 minutes by myself. I don't want to hold them up but I don't want to be left behind all the time either. If it takes 6 months to get up to their speed, it's going to be a lonely 6 months.<br /><br />I'm off on a 28 mile ride with some of them and other experienced riders from work in a couple of weeks time.
