Training progress - two weeks in

My training is going well although I'm feeling a little tired.

For week 1 I was supposed to run for 30 mins 2-3 times in zone 2, cycle 5 days in zone 2 and swim once with one rest day. Due to having a funeral to attend near Birmingham, I had two rest days.

For week 2 I was supposed to run for 33 mins 3 times in zone 2, cycle 5 days in zone 2 and swim once with one rest day. I managed this although I have been feeling a little more tired than normal as I'm really having to push on the bike to get into zone 2.

This week is exactly the same except for the fact I'll be running for 36m 20s each time.
